MGM University, the company’s learning sector, launched its learning management system, rebranded as “My Learning,” in 2015 to communicate offerings, enroll employees, and record course completions for its workforce of 70,000+ employees. 
Through research and analytics, the My Learning site, which applied user-centric workflows and easy interactions, enabled employees to navigate with ease and take control of their career paths within the company.
