New Worlds of Play Reorientation

Goal: Reinforce the importance of the company’s newly launched name change to employees through a soft reorientation module that is implemented worldwide.
Challenge: Several headquarters in countries outside of the United States lacked the learning management system (LMS) to host the module and track course completions. While the client is in the process of implementing its own internal LMS, it requires a temporary solution that allows the company-wide course launch. The project necessitates a rapid turnaround timeline of ten weeks.
Deliverables: 
-    4 E-learning modules with four orientation-based lessons
-    In-module collectibles game mechanics
-    “Creator” Card generator based on user answers and selections
-    Pre-launch Presentation PowerPoint for leaders
-    Leadership Playbook with 12 values-based topics
-    Communications and instructional attachment
-    Weekly user course completion report
Results: I developed an e-learning module delivering 16 orientation lessons with downloadable resources to employees worldwide hosted through our web-based learning management system. Since the LMS is web-based, the module became accessible to all the clients' headquarters, allowing registered and assigned employees to take the courses prior to migrating the course to their internal LMS. 
Surveyed 1,000 employees assigned to the course.
-    90% finished the course with 100% completion.
-    96% marked the module for effectiveness and satisfaction.
